Wolves fall to Delgado 2-1 in game one of two

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Wolves of Copiah-Lincoln Community College held on to a lead for most of the game, but gave up two runs in the bottom of the fifth and fell to Delgado 2-1 on Saturday.

Craig Bradley drew a walk in the top of the first inning and used his speed to steal second and third base. With Jaylyn Williams at the plate, Bradley stole on home on a passed ball to give Co-Lin a 1-0 advantage.

Christian Day took the loss for Co-Lin after a very strong outing. He went six innings, allowing two runs on three hits and striking out five.
