Parker named MACJC Pitcher of the Week

WESSON, Miss. - Peyton Parker, a West Monroe, La. native, was named MACJC Pitcher of the Week for his complete-game performance in Co-Lin'a 5-1 win over Highland Community College. In the seven-inning contest, Parker struck out 12 batters while surrendering just one earned run on four hits.

Co-Lin went on to win two more games to stretch the Wolves' winning streak to nine straight games.

Since then, the NJCAA and the MACC has postponed all athletic play until at least March 30 due to concerns over COVID-19.
