Co-Lin competes in NJCAA National Preview

Foley, Ala. – The Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves finished seventh in the 2017-2018 NJCAA DII National Preview at Glen Lakes Golf Club in Foley, Ala. The Wolves shot a 950 three-day total and finished fourth among MACJC schools. Meridian won the event with an 876, Mississippi Gulf Coast placed second with an 881, and East Central finished fifth with a 928.

Sophomore Matthew Scoville led the Wolves with a 75, 78, and 76 on the tournament for a three-day total of 229 and a fifteenth overall finish.

Lucas Brewer carded a 79, 80, 79 for a tournament total of 238, while Zachary Smith was one stroke back. Smith fired a 77, 78, and 84 on the tournament for a 239.

Cameron Little shot an 80, 85, and bounced back with a 79 to close out the tournament with a 244 total.

Bragg Eplin rounded out Co-Lin's team players with an 84, 92, and 87 for a three-day total of 263.

Bryce Chapman played as an individual for the Wolves and posted a tournament total of 282.
