Bio

A former Copiah-Lincoln cheerleader, Micah Allen begins her ninth year as Co-Lin’s cheerleading coach.

A 2003 Co-Lin graduate,  Allen received her business degree and her master’s degree in dyslexia therapy from Mississippi College.

A cheerleader since the age of 11, Allen was a member of the Brookhaven High School cheer squad. She is trained in coaching and safety by the Universial Cheerleaders Association. She has also worked at the Mississippi Gym of Dreams for seven years, coaching children from ages three and up. She was selected as an NCA All-American five times and has worked at numerous junior high and high school cheer camps, as well as giving private lessons. 

Allen is married to Collins Allen and is the mother of four sons, Jack, Mason, Carson, and Judd.
