Bio

One of the longest-serving sports information directors in the state, Natalie Davis begins her 24th year as the college’s SID. She also serves as the college’s director of public relations and yearbook co-advisor. 

A native of Savannah, Ga., Davis attended Wesleyan College (Georgia) and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. 

Davis is currently a board member of the College Public Relations Association of Mississippi (CPRAM). She is also a member of the National Council of Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) and College Sports Communicators (CSC). Davis has served on the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce.

She was the recipient of the Eta Omega Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa’s Faculty Scholar Award, Co-Lin’s High Performance Award, and the Ann Bradberry Award. Davis was selected to Who’s Who Among Junior College Instructors and has received numerous awards from the Mississippi Press Association, College Public Relations Association of Mississippi, and the National Council of Marketing and Public Relations. 

Davis and her husband, Stephen, are the parents of two adult children, Leah Davis Glenn (John) and Paul (Katie). They have three grandchildren, Sam and Hannah Glenn and Lily Kate Davis.
