Wolves Compete In Lou Hart Invitational

MERIDIAN – The Co-Lin Golf team played in their final regular season match at the Lou Hart Invitational at Northwood Country Club in Meridian on Monday, March 24, and Tuesday, March 25. The Wolves finished in eighth place in the competition.

The Wolves finished day one of the invitational in eighth place as they shot +27 as a team with Harlan Brewer (Wesson) leading the way a +5 (76). Max Seidemann (Bruchhausen-Vilsen, Germany) and Lander Guibert (San Sebastian, Spain) shot +6 (77) and +7 (78) respectively while Kolby Cox (Meadville) shot a +9 (80) for the team score of +27. Oscar Toreld (Binnerbäck, Sweden) shot a +10 (81) while Nathan Mills (Brookhaven) shot a +21 (92) as an individual.

On the second day of competition, the Wolves shot a +36 as a team to finish the with a two-day total of +63 as Seidiemann shot a second straight +6 (77) to finish at +12 and lead the team. Guibert shot a +8 (79) to finish at +15 while Brewer shot a +11 (82) to finish +16. Cox also shot a +11 (82) to finish +20 to account for the team score of +36 and +63 overall. Toreld finished +22 after shooting a +12 (83) on the second day while Mills shot a +11 (82) to finish +32.

The Wolves next competition will be the MACCC Championship at Shiloh Ridge in Corinth on Monday, April 7, and Tuesday, April 8.
