Co-Lin with their 10th straight sweeping Coastal Alabama North

WESSON – The Co-Lin Lady Wolves swept a pair of non-conference games from Coastal Alabama North 6-2 and 9-1 to earn their 10^th straight win.

GAME 1

Blanchard picked up her sixth win of the season as she slowed no earned runs, scattered three hits, struck out four and walked one in seven innings of work.

Molly Davis (Philadelphia/Leake Academy) was 3-for-3 to lead the Lady Wolves. Shelbi Maxwell (Wesson/Wesson Attendance Center) one RBI) and Madalyn Wilkinson (Madison/Germantown High School) had a pair of hits apiece. Carlon Brabham (Amite, LA/Oak Forest Academy) homered for three RBIs. Adding support with a single apiece were Abigail Carter (Mendenhall/Simpson Academy), Madi Miller (Brookhaven/Brookhaven High School), Blanchard and Malori Cade (Brookhaven/Loyd Star).

GAME 2

The Lady Wolves pounded out 12 hits on their way to a 9-1 win over Coastal Alabama North in six innings in the second game. Co-Lin had a big fourth inning scoring six runs.

Sophomore Bella Luckey (Mendenhall/Simpson Academy) picked up the win in the run ruled six inning game. She allowed one earned run on four hits, struck out one and walked none.

Wilkinson had a double and a single for Co-Lin. Davis had a pair of singles. Carter, Miller and Bridjette Talbert (McComb/North Pike High School) doubled. Adding support with a single apiece were Johnna Norman (Brookhaven/Loyd Star), Molly Johnson (Jackson/Northwest Rankin High School), Blanchard, Brabham and Maxwell.
