Bio

Madison Nations is in her first year as a volunteer assistant coach for the Lady Wolves.

She is a 2015 graduate of Lawrence County High School where she played softball for Lady Wolves head coach Meleah Howard. During her playing career, Nations received the Golden Glove Award with a .973 fielding percentage and the Player of the Year Award. Nations played one year of softball at Co-Lin in 2015-16 and received her Associate’s Degree in 2017. After graduating from Co-Lin, she then attended the University of Southern Mississippi graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with an English endorsement in 2019. During her time as a student at USM, she also served as an assistant coach at Lawrence County High School with Coach Howard and the team made an appearance at the State Softball Championship.

Nations served as an assistant coach for Lawrence County High School for six years. She is married to Bryson Nations, and they have two children, Weston Nations (2) and Karlee Nations (1).
