"Our field goal percentage for the game was good," said Co-Lin head coach Gwyn Young. "There is still some room for improvement though as I feel like we need to be more selective on our shots taken and defensively we need to have better contain on drives to the basket than we showed during this game."

The Lady Wolves used the opening minutes of the first quarter to establish an early lead as they went on a 10-4 run to hold that margin with just over six minutes of play remaining. The Lady Wolves then closed out the quarter with an 11-9 scoring run to push their lead to 21-13.
