The Lady Wolves led the game 1-0 after only 29 seconds had run off the clock.

The Wolf Pack lead held throughout the remainder of the first half. The Wolf Pack increased their lead to 2-0 as freshman forward Jane Claire Newman (Caledonia) found the back of the net in the 54th minute.

The Lady Bears added their lone goal in the 77th minute and the Lady Wolves held despite heavy pressure to find an equalizer securing the 2-1 victory.

Sophomore goalkeeper Alexandra Moon (Poynton with Worth, England) saved 16 of 17 shots on goal throughout the match.

The Lady Wolves are now 3-8-1 overall and 2-4-0 in South Division play and will return to action with a home match against Meridian on Friday, October 15.
