Lady Wolves fall to No. 8 Weatherford College

RAYMOND, Mississippi – The No. 8 ranked Weatherford Coyotes defeated the Co-Lin Lady Wolves 6-3 in tennis action at Hinds Community College in Raymond. The Lady Wolves fall to 10-4 overall, 4-2 in the conference.

Co-Lin picked up a win at No. 3 doubles as Adyson Parks (New Hebron) and Ann-Clark Van (Jayess) defeated Chloe Baker/Sava Maksimovic 8-1. In singles action, Co-Lin's Makaela Rummells defeated Chloe Baker of Weatherford 6-0, 6-0 and Marley Nelson (Monticello) defeated Sava Maksimovic 6-4, 6-4.

The Lady Wolves return to action on Wednesday, March 27, at 2 p.m. when they travel to Meridian to take on the Lady Eagles.
